These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the modified terms on the web site. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the web site and use of the web site (or of any services provided through the web site) after that point will be subject to the modified terms.

Price and Payment:
artbywoodbine does not offer credit terms and all prints must be paid for when ordered. We currently accept payment through our payment provider Paypal- this allows you to pay with either the usual range of credit/debit cards or via an existing Paypal account. You can also send us a cheque made payable to artbywoodbine – please note that the cheque will have to clear before your order is processed.

The price includes VAT.

Orders acceptance will be confirmed by email.

Cancellation.
Once an order has been placed and the process for production has been started, the order may not be cancelled. Nor money refunded.

Delivery:
Delivery costs will be standard for all sizes and distances with the United Kingdom. International and European delivery will be quoted when an order is placed.

Production and delivery shall be completed within 7 working days.

Delivery will be provided for. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery and artbywoodbine cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforseable event caused by a delivery date not being met. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm.

Returns:
We will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged canvases logged at receipt and informed to the couriers. On receipt of the returned item we will print a new canvas and have that delivered to the same address.

Colour:
Whilst we try our very best to colour match every image viewed on the artbywoodbine web site we cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching. Colours may appear differently on your computer screen due to contrast, hue settings on your monitor and we will not accept returns for colour related issues.

Image reproduction:
Definition of Bleed:
The image is taken around the sides of the canvas. The depth of the canvas will be ¾ of and inch.

It is advised that for the best representation of the piece of artwork chosen, that the order is placed without bleed around the canvas.

Artwork chosen with the bleed option may result in parts of the picture ending up on the side of the print.

The image on a mug will depend upon whether the art piece is portrait or landscape. Generally landscape pieces will produce a panoramic picture on the mug. Portrait pictures may result in a photo type image which does not go around the mug.

Privacy Policy:
Whilst we will need to take certain personal details such as contact and delivery information we will never pass this information over to any 3rd party (except for the artwork production and the delivery details). All personal information will be kept in a secure environment and not be accessible via the internet.

Web Site Copyright:
Copying, print onto paper, store on disc or USB, distribute, alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in the website is strictly not allowed.

Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by artbywoodbine) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English Law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

Force Majeure:
artbywoodbine shall not be liable for any delay to deliver the ordered product if the intervention of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer systems. Artbywoodbine shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
